These are becoming rare and are no longer being made by Gibson. Comes with the Gibson factory Hardshell Case as shown in photos. This example has minor scratches/swirls on front and back sides,  A few light dents dings on the front and back and sides, but no bare wood exposed at all on the body part. On the headstock, someone used a string winder and made some ding/scuffs/scratches to the sides of the headstock, see photos for illustration. All in all, none of this affects the tone, playability, or beauty of this rock-n-roll machine! It absolutely growls!  If you want a pristine brand new guitar, this is not it,  if you want a Gibson that rocks and has some character marks, this IS your guitar.
